• Platform Activity: Resources you upload, save, or download, posts you make in the community feed, and your performance in Daily Challenges.

We use the data we collect primarily to operate and improve the Tusomese platform. Specifically, we use it to:

• Personalize your dashboard and search results based on your academic level and interests.
• Facilitate job applications between teachers and hiring schools.
• Track resource views and downloads to reward top contributors.
• Send essential account notifications, updates, and platform announcements.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. However, your data may be shared in the following ways to facilitate platform features:

• Public Profiles & Community: When you post in the feed or upload a public resource, your display name and role will be visible to other users.
• Job Applications: When a teacher applies for a job, their profile information and uploaded resume are shared directly with the hiring school.
• Service Providers: We use secure third-party services (like Google Firebase for database hosting and Cloudinary for document storage) to run the platform.
