By accessing or using Tusomese (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Tusomese provides an online academic marketplace, community forum, and job board designed to connect students, teachers, and educational institutions in Uganda.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.

• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Role Accuracy: You must accurately represent your role (e.g., Student, Teacher, School Admin). Falsifying qualifications or institutional affiliation is grounds for immediate account termination.

User Content: You retain all ownership rights to the study notes, past papers, posts, and comments you upload to Tusomese. By uploading content, you grant Tusomese a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Platform.

Platform IP: The Tusomese logo, design, software, and original platform text are the intellectual property of Tusomese and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without our express written permission.

Tusomese acts strictly as a venue for schools to post job vacancies and for teachers to apply. We are not an employment agency.

• We do not guarantee the validity of any job posting or the credentials of any applicant.
• Any employment agreements made are strictly between the hiring school and the applying teacher.
• Tusomese bears no liability for any disputes, unpaid wages, or employment issues arising from connections made on the platform.

Tusomese is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, entirely secure, or error-free.

In no event shall Tusomese, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
